With the Quick Release spring, you can easily disconnect the band from your watch.

ADJUSTABLE SIZING: To accommodate different wrist sizes the paracord watch band has three different locking positions, letting you adjust the size to a perfect fit. The 22mm watch band fits wrists between 7 and 7 1/2 inches, so please measure your wrist before purchasing to make sure you get the correct size. Depending on the size of watch face, the fit may vary.

STRONG & SECURE: The Savior Survival Gear Paracord Watch Band fastens in place using a pin that twists and locks, allowing you to secure your watch without the fear of it coming loose. Since the strap is made of paracord, it might take a couple of days for the band to conform to your wrist. This should make putting your watch on pretty effortless.
